Rolf currently is one of the managing partners of S & P Executive Advisory Partners, a provider of executive advisory services to senior leaders. S&P are affiliated with Merryck & Co. and the ExCo Group, global executive development leaders with offices from San Francisco to Sydney.

In 2020, he has inspired the creation of the Young Professional Advisor mentoring programme at United Europe, a think tank devoted to fostering the unity, diversity and competitiveness of Europe, that he continues to manage and that has mentors and mentees from across all of Europe. He is also a board member of Commonpurpose in Germany, a not for profit organisation started in the UK in the late 1980s that is dedicated to leadership development across all sectors of society.

He also serves as a vice-chair of the board of the Foundation of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany, with a view of creating a strong network of companies both in the UK and Germany that offer practical international internships for British and German students.
